Rachelle Delmenico (Director)

Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) | Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting)

Bookkeeping Experience - 18 years | CPA Qualified Accountant - 10 years

Rachelle started her career in sales working for Stegbar Building Products on building sites selling windows and shower screens for 10 years.

Then love found her, it was time for a career change. Bar tending, bookkeeping and farming is where she started. She soon realised she had a real thirst for bookkeeping and everything involved. Rachelle enjoyed the puzzle and rejoiced when a client started to see the benefit of a good set of books and understood what value accurate data could give them. They were making informed business decisions, taking the guesswork out of the equation.

Many years on and she went back to Uni to gain her Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) Degree. She worked for a large tax accounting firm in the area for a few years and then went on to start her own business. 

During this time she also worked for local government as their Finance / Administration Officer. She held the position of General Manager for three years. 

Rachelle really enjoys what she does and is excited with all the new technology coming into the marketplace. Automation is a game changer that allows bookkeepers to diversify and concentrate on helping people solve problems they face in their business. Our work space is always evolving, it's a never ending path of learning and outcomes. She loves it!

Andrea White (Director)

Senior Bookkeeper | Registered BAS Agent |Diploma of Payroll Services

Andi completed her Bachelor of Science Degree with Honours at the University of Melbourne in 2005. She has since completed a Certificate IV in Bookkeeping and Accounting in 2018,  and a Diploma in Payroll Services through Monarch Institute in 2019.

Andi has over 15 years experience in bookkeeping ranging from reconciling accounts, invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, payroll services and monthly reporting, to lodging Business Activity Statements, and end of financial year reports.

She is an Affiliate Member of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers, and a Certified BAS Agent with the Tax Practitioners Board. She is a Certified Xero, Hubdoc and Figured Adviser, and has experience in many apps and add-ons including Google Suite, Practice Manager, Deputy, Hubdoc, Figured, DocuSign, Tookan, Stripe, Zapier, and Trello.

She is tech-savvy, progressive and keeps up to date with evolving cloud technology. Andi also has an eye for detail, a passion for problem-solving, and a keen interest in bookkeeping in general. Andi lives and works on the farm with her family, and has a great wealth of knowledge in farming and primary producer’s bookkeeping needs.

Andi lives on a mixed broadacre farm in the Southern Riverina NSW, and has a passion for helping fellow farmers with their bookkeeping. On weekends she can be found with her husband and four boys either in the veggie patch, lighting fires or swimming in the bore.

Katrina Chellew

Accountant/Bookkeeper | B.Comm (Accounting)

Katrina grew up on the family farm just north of Yarrawonga. After finishing High School, she started working with a local accounting firm and completed her Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) Degree at La Trobe Shepparton in 2009. Over 15 years she gained a wealth of experience working as a client manager, processing Financial Reports & Income Tax Returns, along with completing and filing Business Activity Statements.

Katrina has over 10 years of bookkeeping experience ranging from monthly bank reconciling to day-to-day processing of invoices, accounts receivable/payable, payroll services and monthly reporting. She was also the Treasurer of the Tocumwal Football Netball Club for several years.

She is a Certified Xero Advisor and also has experience using accounting software including MYOB, Quickbooks and Reckon.

In April 2020 Katrina decided it was time for a change and accepted an Accountant/Bookkeeping position with Sensible Solutions! She enjoys working with this amazing team, continuously learning & providing the best service to our clients.

When Katrina is not in the office she is enjoying time with her husband and two children, playing netball, going for a walk or enjoying a good book.

Charli Stuart

ADMINISTRATION/BOOKKEEPER

Charli moved to Finley during her primary school years and after completing high school locally, she moved to the Central Coast NSW to start a career in Aged Care nursing.
Sun and surf were not where her heart wanted to be so she came home to the Riverina and started working in hospitality in various locations across the border region. She undertook a software development certification, fixing and repairing computers and phones. She was (and still is!) the go-to tech guru for family and friend’s pesky PC and phone problems.
Charli realised she had a passion for bookkeeping, and enrolled in a Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping course. She was then offered a position at Sensible Solutions where she has become Xero Advisor & Payroll Certified.
Charli has a young family and is dedicated to helping others. She has an amazing work ethic, and is a valuable member of the Sensible Solutions team.

Vanessa Bury

BAS AGENT | BOOKKEEPER | CERTIFICATE IV BOOKKEEPING & ACCOUNTING

Vanessa grew up in Shepparton and started her working career at McDonald’s as a 15 year old, where she was quickly promoted to a Team Leader. As an 18 year old she followed her heart which led her to Tocumwal, taking on a role with Shell Fuel. She then moved to Deniliquin to undertake a new chapter when she was offered a management position in the company. Moving back to Tocumwal to manage the Tocumwal branch, her husband started up a plumbing business in 2003, which is still in operation.

Vanessa’s experience includes managing the books in her family plumbing business; working for a family hardware business, and being the office manager at a local village. She is very passionate about her family and she was the President of the local Primary School Parents and Citizens Association. She is often found at the swimming pool with her son who is a champion swimmer, or supporting her daughter at Law School. 

She has completed her BAS Agent Registration and Certificate III in Administration and Cert IV in Bookkeeping and Accounting. She has also recently become a Xero Certified Adviser. 

Vanessa is a great asset to our team, and we are fortunate to have her skills and knowledge in our organisation.
